Processing and Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Weekend Orders: Processed the following business day
  • Tracking Email: Sent automatically once your order ships

Each bottle is packed securely and inspected before leaving our fulfillment center.


Delivery Times

All estimates are business days from ship date:

  • United States: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, holidays, or weather. We ship promptly, but cannot control carrier delays.


How We Ship

  • Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center
  • Every package includes tracking
  • A signature may be required in some locations

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@getfloria.com.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • All 50 states supported
  • APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time
  • Remote areas may have longer delivery windows

Address Requirements

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • Include apartment or unit numbers when applicable
  • Unfortunately we're unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging and product
  2. Email support@getfloria.com within 48 hours of delivery

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
  2. Contact support@getfloria.com within 7 days of the delivery date

We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it promptly.

Wrong Address

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, contact support@getfloria.com immediately. If your order hasn't shipped, we can update it. If it has, additional shipping costs may apply.
