Subscription orders are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The billing date is based on your original purchase date and repeats at your selected interval (every 30, 60, or 90 days). By completing a subscription purchase, you expressly consent to automatic recurring charges. You will receive an order confirmation email after each successful subscription charge.

3. Managing Your Subscription

Available management options include canceling your subscription, pausing your subscription temporarily, skipping an upcoming shipment, changing delivery frequency, and updating payment method or shipping address.

All changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect on the upcoming order.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

To ensure cancellation takes effect, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will take effect for the following billing cycle. Once an order has been charged and processed, that specific order cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

Once a subscription renewal charge has been successfully processed, that order is considered final and cannot be refunded through standard cancellation.

This policy exists because subscription inventory is allocated and prepared specifically for scheduled fulfillment upon billing.
